What I Thrifted VS How I Styled It: Closet Edition

While home is my favorite category to thrift for, I love finding vintage, designer, and just unique pieces to add to my wardrobe as well. I oftentimes show you what I thrift and how I style things for my home, but today let's take a look at things I've recently thrifted for my closet and how I've been styling them.

Vintage Dalatian Skirt

I was surprised to see this skirt was vintage because it's in such good condition. It's totally giving sophisticated and slight Cruella De Vil vibes and I can see so many different ways to style it.

For now, I've paired it with a coordinating black and white spotted top.

Wool Pants

I debated getting this pair of tailored, wool pants, but am so glad I brought them home! I'm obsessed with the color and fit.

I knew I wanted to style them with a white top for extra contrast against that amazingly warm color, but had a tough time choosing which one because they all looked cute! I ultimately went with this romantic, off-the-shoulder blouse and added some really pretty floral heels.

Sheer Florals

I thought this sheer floral button-down was interesting and had a few styling ideas I wanted to try out.

I ended up wearing it over a cute little floral dress for a dressy-casual look. I think buttoning the top button made it look slightly more put-together.

Tropical Trousers

I bought these tropical pants to wear on a cruise later this year, but I do plan to wear them over the summer as well.

Beaded Bag

This black, beaded bag was so cute and I could see styling it with most of the outfits on this list so I had to bring it home!

I styled the pants with a lacy, white top perfect for summer weather and added the beaded black bag. I'll probably take the pants in a little before the cruise for a more tailored look and grab a pair of sandals instead of these wedges for something more comfortable.

Neutral Button-Down

Another piece I almost didn't buy, but am so glad I did. I love the length of this button down and think it looks great open as a layering piece.

A black tank and boot-cut jeans were the perfect thing to complete this look.
